My twins were born premature and one of the two was released, but one was in NICU. Nursing both, we were blessed to receive a bed at Ronald McDonald House 3am one morning. It was a life changing occurrence.
This made the horror of having a child in NICU, bearable. This gave me a place to watch the sun rise and be thankful. This gave me a kitchen to make smoothies and eat food to nourish my exhausted body. This gave me a place to connect with lifelong friends.
For me, this blessing was immeasurable.
